Fitness Classes at Stroud'sSchedule
Silver Sneakers Fitness ProgramSilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. We have group exercise classes that are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, intimidated, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment. AerobicsAerobics classes are available free to Stroud's members (unless otherwise noted). They are taught by Valerie Hinde who has been teaching aerobics for over 10 years.
Mizu Wa Ki Ju-jitsuJu-jitsu is an effective method of self-defense that uses a variety of techniques and tactics to protect oneself or subdue an agressive attacker. Ju-jitsu at Stroud's is taught by David Earnest, who has been teaching Ju-jitsu in the Fort Worth area for over 19 years. He is assisted by Dallas Rainwater and Chris Green.
